instability re-emerges — often in altered form, at a higher level,
and with higher stakes.
This pattern is not incidental. It is the structural consequence of
conflating two fundamentally different interventions: resolving the
current problem, and designing a system resilient to future problems.
Reactive tutoring does the first. Academic architecture does the second.
The difference does not lie in the quality of instruction.
It lies in the question asked at the outset.
